Hi Anthony, Anonine uses the generic open source Tunnelblick client for OpenVPN connections. macOS Sierra (10.12) is very new, so it might be worth trying the latest Beta version of Tunnelblick instead. As Anonone uses third party software that has yet to be updated for macOS Sierra compatibility, this issue is arguably not its fault, pre se., but it should have provided better support and offered a full refund if it could not help you.
