Sent Showtime a query regarding non-activation of Apple TV and received the following response. Worked for me. Good luck. On Apple TV, go to Settings > Account > TV provider Click or tap your the current TV provider Click or tap on Remove TV provider Click or tap to re-add your TV provider . Delete & reinstall Showtime Anytime appOpen Showtime Anytime app; when prompted to allow or not allow
