I am guessing that it works like a client - server model. So I should get a amule client to make my NAS go get files. I opened the typical Amule ports in my router, and forwarded them to my Ex2 ultra NAS. I get an high ID in the Amule app on my NAS. But how to Hello! Try changing aMule default ports to high ports, above 45000. Also maybe there is another program acting as a server on your machine using the same ports that aMule is trying to use.

It is important that this port may be contacted from outside, this means it must not be blocked by a firewall or dropped in a router because of a missing forwarding rule.
